{"id":1082,"date":"2016-03-21T07:34:13","date_gmt":"2016-03-21T06:34:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sgencfdt.vjf.cnrs.fr\/?p=1082"},"modified":"2017-11-08T10:39:55","modified_gmt":"2017-11-08T09:39:55","slug":"salaires-le-point-est-degele-mais-ce-nest-pas-suffisant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cfdt-recherche-epst.org\/?p=1082","title":{"rendered":"SALAIRES : Le point est d\u00e9gel\u00e9 , mais ce n&rsquo;est pas suffisant !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ministre de la Fonction publique a propos\u00e9 une augmentation de la valeur du point de + 0,6 % au 1er\u00a0juillet 2016 et de + 0,6 % au 1er\u00a0f\u00e9vrier 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Certes la valeur du point est enfin d\u00e9gel\u00e9e, mais pour le Sgen-CFDT, l\u2019augmentation propos\u00e9e reste insuffisante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Six ann\u00e9es de gel du point d\u2019indice, c\u2019est six ann\u00e9es de trop !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depuis 2010, la valeur du point d\u2019indice est gel\u00e9e. Cumul\u00e9 aux effets de l\u2019inflation et des hausses de cotisations, le salaire net moyen des agents de la Fonction publique baisse entre 0,5 et 0,7 % chaque ann\u00e9e malgr\u00e9 les avancements d\u2019\u00e9chelon et de grade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cfdt-recherche-epst.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/inflation_point_indice.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1083\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1083 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/cfdt-recherche-epst.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/inflation_point_indice-1024x628.jpg\" alt=\"inflation_point_indice\" width=\"705\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cfdt-recherche-epst.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/inflation_point_indice-1024x628.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cfdt-recherche-epst.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/inflation_point_indice-300x184.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cfdt-recherche-epst.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/inflation_point_indice-768x471.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cfdt-recherche-epst.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/inflation_point_indice.jpg 1475w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 705px) 100vw, 705px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le gouvernement doit mieux reconna\u00eetre les qualifications, les comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019engagement des agents publics.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est une priorit\u00e9 que porte la CFDT. Elle en a d\u00e9j\u00e0 donn\u00e9 la preuve en n\u00e9gociant, puis \u00a0\u00a0en paraphant le protocole PPCR dont elle veille sans concession \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre dans chaque versant de la Fonction publique et pour chaque fili\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Le<\/strong> <strong>Sgen-CFDT<\/strong> <strong>r\u00e9affirme<\/strong> <strong>que la France a besoin de ses fonctionnaires pour assurer<\/strong><strong> \u00a0<\/strong><strong>un service de qualit\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce aux efforts impos\u00e9s aux agents publics, les \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par la France d\u00e9passent les 7 milliards d\u2019euros, et cela, dans un contexte de<\/strong> <strong>conditions<\/strong> <strong>de travail d\u00e9grad\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>La Sgen-CFDT exige du gouvernement une plus forte revalorisation du point d\u2019indice.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Le<\/strong> <strong>Sgen-CFDT<\/strong> <strong>appelle les agents \u00e0 une journ\u00e9e de mobilisation et d\u2019action, y compris<\/strong> <strong>par la gr\u00e8ve, le mardi 22 mars 2016.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La ministre de la Fonction publique a propos\u00e9 une augmentation de la valeur du point de + 0,6 % au 1er\u00a0juillet 2016 et de + 0,6 % au 1er\u00a0f\u00e9vrier 2017.
