Cette d\u00e9rogation est renouvelable une fois apr\u00e8s avis du m\u00e9decin de pr\u00e9vention ou du m\u00e9decin du travail<span style=\"display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: transparent; color: #333333; cursor: text; font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman','Bitstream Charter',Times,serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;\">.\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p>De plus, ce nouveau d\u00e9cret indique que : \u00ab<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Dans le cas o\u00f9 la demande est formul\u00e9e par un agent en situation de handicap, le chef de service, l\u2019autorit\u00e9 territoriale ou l\u2019autorit\u00e9 investie du pouvoir de nomination <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">doit mettre en \u0153uvre <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">sur le lieu de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail de l\u2019agent<\/span> les am\u00e9nagements de poste n\u00e9cessaires.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ces modifications ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019accord relatif \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes dans la fonction publique du 30 novembre 2018 sign\u00e9 par la CFDT (<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/cfdt-recherche-epst.org\/?p=5285\">voir article ici<\/a><\/span>) !<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">*Pour rappel, l<b>&lsquo;article 3 du d\u00e9cret de 2016 :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00bb La quotit\u00e9 des fonctions pouvant \u00eatre exerc\u00e9es sous la forme du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ne peut \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 trois jours par semaine.
