Pour combien de temps encore?<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Je soutiens les objectifs et les demandes formul\u00e9s par le personnel du GANIL et ses repr\u00e9sentants \u00e9lus et syndicaux:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/ Un maintien du GANIL en tant que tr\u00e8s grande infrastructure de recherche en France, avec des objectifs scientifiques qui lui permettent de maintenir sa place dans la comp\u00e9tition internationale et d\u2019offrir aux utilisateurs des conditions optimales pour la r\u00e9alisation de leurs projets scientifiques <\/em>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\/ Un engagement ferme des tutelles, CEA et CNRS, sur un plan pluriannuel de recrutement ambitieux, essentiellement de personnel technique pour renforcer aussi bien le fonctionnement des installations que la r\u00e9alisation des exp\u00e9riences ;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\/ Un plan d\u2019investissement sur l\u2019installation historique \u00e0 la hauteur des enjeux et des objectifs que les tutelles, CEA et CNRS, ont donn\u00e9s au GANIL en se basant sur l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019un fonctionnement p\u00e9renne de l\u2019installation et d\u2019un accroissement du temps de faisceau disponible pour les utilisateurs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

GANIL, a very large research infrastructure:
for how much longer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I support the goals and demands expressed by the personnel of GANIL and their elected and trade-union representatives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/ Maintain the status of GANIL as a very large research infrastructure in France, with scientific goals that permit it to keep its rank in the international competition and provide its users with optimal conditions for the success of their scientific projects;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\/ A strong commitment by the scientific and administrative supervisors of GANIL, CEA and CNRS, to an ambitious multi-year recruitment plan, essentially concerning technical staff, in order to reinforce not only the running of the facility but also the carrying out of experiments;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\/ An investment plan for the \u201chistoric\u201d GANIL accelerators to match the challenges and goals set by CEA and CNRS based on continued long-term operation of the facility and increased available beam time for users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
