la fonction publique, pris en application de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/loda\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000038890354\/\">la loi de transformation de la fonction publique du 6 ao\u00fbt 2019<\/a>, ont permis une n\u00e9gociation sur la protection compl\u00e9mentaire des agents de l\u2019\u00c9tat. <a href=\"https:\/\/cfdt-recherche-epst.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/2022_02_26_accord_interministeriel_psc_dans_la_fpe.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L\u2019accord sign\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re unanime<\/a> par le minist\u00e8re de la Fonction publique et les organisations syndicales le 26 janvier 2022 vient de para\u00eetre au journal officiel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
