Un nouveau chapitre concernant le volet pr\u00e9voyance a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert le 23 juin 2022. Les n\u00e9gociations concernant le capital d\u00e9c\u00e8s et la rente \u00e9ducation vers\u00e9e aux enfants d\u2019un agent d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 font l\u2019objet d\u2019une n\u00e9gociation. L\u2019incapacit\u00e9, puis l\u2019invalidit\u00e9 seront n\u00e9goci\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du mois de septembre 2022. La CFDT porte un mandat clair. Permettre \u00e0 travers le statut, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer nettement la situation des agents titulaires et des contractuels, confront\u00e9s \u00e0 ces accidents de la vie qui bouleversent \u00e9galement leurs familles.
