Le fonctionnement du corps, dont sa grille de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration (grille indiciaire) est fix\u00e9 par un d\u00e9cret sp\u00e9cifique. L\u2019indice brut est celui utilis\u00e9 dans ces d\u00e9crets&nbsp;: les grilles statutaires fixent l\u2019indice brut correspondant \u00e0 chaque \u00e9chelon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:lowercase\">INDICE MAJOR\u00c9&nbsp;: LA R\u00c9F\u00c9RENCE FINANCI\u00c8RE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019indice major\u00e9 est quant \u00e0 lui l\u2019indice utilis\u00e9 pour calculer la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du fonctionnaire. Il apparait en particulier sur les arr\u00eat\u00e9s de nomination et sur le bulletin de paie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le traitement de base- brut \u2013\u00a0 correspond \u00e0 cet indice multipli\u00e9 par la valeur du point d\u2019indice.
