en \u0153uvre d\u2019une politique de compensation financi\u00e8re pour les personnels l\u00e9s\u00e9s, notamment pour (&#8230;)\u00a0les personnels en surcharge de travail suite aux dysfonctionnements\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>Une enveloppe de 400 000\u00a0\u20ac suppl\u00e9mentaire viendra s&rsquo;ajouter au CIA 2025, destin\u00e9s aux\u00a0agent\u00b7e\u00b7s mobilis\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s sur Sifac+.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>M\u00eame si cette reconnaissance par le CIA\u00a0est indispensable, une prime ne peut servir \u00e0 se d\u00e9douaner de la souffrance des personnels, \u00a0engendr\u00e9e par le d\u00e9ploiement forc\u00e9 et l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un outil qui n\u2019\u00e9tait et n\u2019est toujours pas op\u00e9rationnel.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>\u00a0Une partie de cette somme sera r\u00e9serv\u00e9e pour les agent.e.s testant le nouveau logiciel \u00ab\u00a04You\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0(rempla\u00e7ant prochainement\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Sir\u00e8ne\u00a0\u00bb) avant son
