Cette&nbsp;<strong>faible reconnaissance<\/strong>&nbsp;se traduit par des&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9ductions drastiques des possibilit\u00e9s de promotion<\/strong>, avec une baisse particuli\u00e8rement marqu\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e.Les diminutions par rapport \u00e0 2024 sont les suivantes :<strong>\u2022 Promotions \u201ccorps au choix\u201d :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ing\u00e9nieurs de recherche (IR) :&nbsp;<strong>\u2013 6<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ing\u00e9nieurs d\u2019\u00e9tudes (IE) :&nbsp;<strong>\u2013 9<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistants Ing\u00e9nieurs (AI)&nbsp;:&nbsp;<strong>\u2013 9<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Promotions \u201cgrade au choix\u201d :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IR hors classe (IRHC) :&nbsp;<strong>\u2013 1<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IE hors classe (IEHC) :&nbsp;<strong>\u2013 3<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Techniciens de classe exceptionnelle&nbsp;(TECE)&nbsp;:&nbsp;<strong>\u2013 2<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Techniciens de classe&nbsp;sup\u00e9rieure (TECS)&nbsp;:&nbsp;<strong>\u2013 2<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les&nbsp;<strong>Lignes Directrices de Gestion<\/strong>&nbsp;(LDG) d\u00e9finissent les orientations sur lesquelles s\u2019appuient les&nbsp;<strong>comit\u00e9s d\u2019analyse<\/strong>&nbsp;en charge de proposer&nbsp;les avancements. Les&nbsp;<strong>classements \u00e9tablis par les laboratoires et les services<\/strong>&nbsp;sont d\u2019abord examin\u00e9s lors des&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9unions d\u2019analyse r\u00e9gionale<\/strong>&nbsp;(RAR), puis transmis aux&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9unions d\u2019analyse nationale<\/strong>&nbsp;(RAN).&nbsp;Les&nbsp;<strong>RAN<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9mettent des avis de promotions,&nbsp;<strong>valid\u00e9es ensuite par le Pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/strong>&nbsp;de l&rsquo;Inserm.&nbsp;La liste des membres experts composant les RAN est
