CFDT Inria Survey – QWL 2024 – Additional Survey

In September 2024, CFDT Recherche EPST invited you to respond to an anonymous survey concerning your working conditions, your relationships with your colleagues and superiors, your feelings about your work itself, its meaning and usefulness.

We would like to thank all the people who responded to the survey.

As early as mid-October, we published the first raw figures. We have since carried out a more complete analysis of the results by cross-referencing certain data and analyzing all the free expressions.

Here are some summary elements in the teaser of the document:

• – Strong feeling of work overload, stress and excessive administrative burden
• – Questions about poor prospects for advancement and recognition
• – Salaries falling behind inflation
• – Decrease in grants
• – Questions and concerns about transformation of Inria, gap between Inria at the top and Inria at the bottom, loss of meaning in work
• – Some positive remarks all the same: comparison with other institutes, positive atmosphere in teams/services, possibilities for teleworking.
